The Peleng 8mm is a circular, fully manual fisheye with a maximum aperture of f3.5. It is made in Belarus with an all metal and glass build construction. On a full frame camera, the Peleng produces an image with a full circular vignette. On APS-C format, the vignetting is still present on the edges.
