The MTO 3M -5A was built in the year 1978 by KMZ in the UdSSR. It is probably one of the sharpest mirrorlenses ever made back in the days. Still now if you compare it to a new super telephoto lens, it does not lack on performance except for sharpness in the corners and bit in contrast. It has even less chromatic aberrations than some modern super telephoto lenses available.
It has beautiful donut bokeh due to the mirror
Close focus distance is 4 meters.
