Bolex H-16 REX-4

The H-16 REX-4 is a 16mm camera from 1965. It has a highly polished duraluminium body covered in genuine Morocco leather and chrome-plated metal parts. The camera can hold 30m daylight loading spools of 16mm film and features automatic threading and loop forming. It has a constant speed, spring motor mechanism with a large winding handle and a rotating turret that accommodates three interchangeable RX type C mount lenses. The camera also has a 10x magnification reflex viewfinder with adjustable eyesight. It can operate at variable speeds ranging from 12 to 64 frames per second and has a variable shutter with a 133-degree range. The camera features a footage counter, audible footage indicator, and twin dial frame counter. It can also operate in single frame mode, time-lapse mode, and has a manual rewind function for dissolves and superimposition.
